Filters#
Three menus at the top of the dashboard filter the page. The page reloads when you change one.
| Filter | Options |
|---|---|
| Date range | Last 7 days, Last 30 days (default), Last 90 days |
| Market | All markets, or one market. Market managers only see their own markets. |
| Vehicle | All vehicles, or motorbike, car, bicycle, scooter, walker |
The date range only changes some figures
The date range changes Courses finished, Average quiz score, the two daily charts, the number of assistant questions, and the Views column.
Everything else counts all the time: riders, active riders (last 7 days), assigned training completed, overdue training, the drop-off chart, the other course performance columns, and the market and vehicle comparisons. Market and vehicle filters apply to every figure.
Key figures#
| Tile | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Riders | Riders matching the filters. The line below shows how many have status onboarding. |
| Active in the last 7 days | Share of riders who signed in or worked on a course in the last 7 days. The line below is the number of riders. |
| Assigned training completed | Share of all assigned learning paths that riders finished, for example “120 of 300 paths”. |
| Courses finished | Courses passed within the date range. |
| Average quiz score | Average of riders’ best quiz scores for the courses passed within the date range. |
| Overdue training | Assigned learning paths past their deadline and not finished. Shown in red when above zero. |
Daily charts#
- Riders active per day: riders who did anything that day: signed in, opened a course, moved through cards, took a quiz or asked the assistant. Below the chart: how many questions riders asked the assistant.
- Courses finished per day: courses passed each day.
Days are calendar days in UTC. Select Show daily figures as a table under the second chart to read the exact numbers.
Where riders drop off#
This chart shows how far riders get inside one course. Choose the course in the menu at the top of the panel. It starts with the course the most riders have opened.
- Each bar is the share of riders who opened the course and reached a step: each slide, the flashcards, the quiz, and “Passed the course”.
- The step where the most riders stopped is highlighted. The panel says how many riders stopped before it.
Course performance#
One row per published course, most viewed first. Select a course name to open it.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Views | How many times riders opened the course within the date range. |
| Riders assigned | Riders who have the course in one of their assigned learning paths. |
| Opened | Share of assigned riders who started the course. Red when under 50%: riders are skipping it. |
| Completion rate | Share of riders who started the course and passed it. |
| Avg. score | Average best quiz score of riders who passed. |
| Time to finish | Average time spent in the course by riders who passed. |
Markets and vehicles#
- Riders by market: number of riders per market, and the share active in the last 7 days.
- Training completed, by market: share of assigned learning paths finished, with the average quiz score.
- Training completed, by vehicle: the same, per vehicle type. Riders without a vehicle type aren’t shown here.
