What Boolanga LMS does#
Boolanga LMS is a training platform for delivery riders. The training team builds short courses, decides which riders get them, and follows who finished. Riders take the courses on their phone, in the browser. They don’t install anything.
- A course is a set of phone-sized cards, a few flashcards and a short quiz. Most take 3 to 8 minutes.
- Courses are grouped in learning paths. A path is assigned automatically (for example to every new rider), when a rider is flagged for a performance issue, or in bulk.
- Riders can take courses in English, Arabic, Roman Urdu or Kurdish (Sorani).
- AI turns a PDF, a SCORM package or pasted text into a first version of a course, and translates it.
- An assistant answers riders’ questions from the published courses and the documents you add.
- your own systems can send riders and flags to the platform and read completion records through the integration API.
Two apps on one website#
The platform has two parts. Both run on the same website address.
| App | Address | Who uses it | Sign in with |
|---|---|---|---|
| Admin panel | /admin | Training team and market managers | Email and password at /admin/login |
| Rider app | / | Riders | Rider ID and PIN at /login, or a one-tap link |
For example, if your platform runs at https://academy.example.com, the admin panel is at https://academy.example.com/admin and riders sign in at https://academy.example.com/login. Your IT team knows the real address.
The admin panel is in English. The rider app is in English or Arabic (right to left).
Roles: admin and market manager#
Every admin panel account has one of two roles.
| Role | Sees | Can change |
|---|---|---|
| Admin | Riders, figures and reports for every market. | Everything in the admin panel. |
| Market manager | Only riders, figures and reports for their own markets, for example Qatar only. Courses, learning paths and assistant knowledge are visible but read-only. | Riders in their own markets: import, add, edit, flag, send links, reset PINs, and assign learning paths to them with Assign now. |
Courses, learning paths and assistant knowledge are shared
Adding admin accounts
The platform knows eight markets:
| Code | Market |
|---|---|
AE | UAE |
KW | Kuwait |
QA | Qatar |
BH | Bahrain |
OM | Oman |
JO | Jordan |
EG | Egypt |
IQ | Iraq |
How the pieces fit together#
- Riders arrive from a CSV import, from your systems through the API, or one by one in the admin panel.
- The training team builds courses with AI or by hand, checks them, translates them and publishes them.
- Courses go into a learning path in a set order. The path’s rule decides who gets it.
- Matching riders are assigned the path straight away, with a deadline.
- Riders get in with a one-tap link (WhatsApp, QR code) or their rider ID and PIN.
- Riders take the courses in order, pass the quiz, and get proof of completion.
- The training team follows up with the dashboard, reports, reminders and CSV exports.
Quick tour: the admin panel#

Quick tour: the rider app#
- Riders open a one-tap link, or sign in at /login with their rider ID and PIN.
- The Training tab draws each learning path as a delivery route. Finished courses have a tick, the next course has a bike marker, and locked courses have a padlock.
- A course is a feed of cards, then flashcards, then the quiz. Passing unlocks the next course.
- The Ask tab is the assistant.
- The Profile tab has the language menu, completed courses with proof of completion, and sign out.
The rider guide explains it for riders, in English and Arabic.
