On this page
The two reports#
Reports has two tabs. Both only include riders in your markets.
| Tab | One row per | Columns |
|---|---|---|
| Course records | Rider per course they opened | Rider, Market, Course, Started, Result (Passed with the date, or Step 3 of 7), Score, Attempts, Time |
| Corrective training | Learning path assigned because of a flag | Rider, Flag and note, Corrective path, Assigned, Due, Outcome, Days to finish |
The page shows the latest 200 rows; the line above the table gives the total (“1,240 records, showing the latest 200”). Exports include every matching row.
Filters#

Export to CSV#
Go to Reports and choose the tab.
Set the filters.
Select Export CSV.
The file downloads as
completions-2026-09-17.csvorinterventions-2026-09-17.csv(with today’s date).
- Files use UTF-8 with a byte-order mark, so Excel shows Arabic names correctly.
- Dates and times are in UTC, for example
2026-09-17T08:30:00.000Z. - Up to 500,000 rows per file.
Step by step: Export completion records.

paths_assigned, paths_completed, last_active_at) are ignored.Proof of completion#
Select a Passed badge in Course records, or the proof link in a rider’s Course records, to open the proof page. It shows the course title, rider name, rider ID, market, first completion date, best score and a verification code. Print or save as PDF makes a copy for a file, and Back to followed by the rider’s name returns to their rider page.
- The verification code is the same as
proof_codein the export andproofCodein the API, so records can be matched. - A proof page opens for the rider it belongs to and for admins who can see that rider’s market. Other people can’t open it.
- There is no public page to check a verification code.
Automated feed for your systems#
Instead of exporting by hand, your analytics systems can read every completion through GET /api/v1/completions.
