Rider guide
How to sign in, take your courses, pass the quiz, use the assistant and show your proof of completion.

What is Boolanga LMS?#
Boolanga LMS is your rider training. You use it on your phone.
- Nothing to install. It opens in your phone’s browser.
- Each course takes a few minutes.
- You can read in English, Arabic, Roman Urdu or Kurdish.
- You need an internet connection.
Sign in with a link#
Tap the link your training team sent you, for example on WhatsApp. Or scan the QR code.
You are signed in. Your training opens.
- A link works for 14 days.
- If it has expired, you see “That link has expired”. Sign in with your rider ID and PIN, or ask for a new link.
- Your link is only for you. Don’t share it.
Sign in with your rider ID and PIN#
Open the Boolanga LMS address from your welcome message.
Type your Rider ID.
Type your PIN.
Tap Sign in.
- You stay signed in on your phone for 30 days.
- If you open the app when you’re not signed in, the sign-in page opens.

Can’t sign in?
- “Rider ID or PIN is incorrect”: check your welcome message and try again.
- “Too many attempts”: wait 15 minutes, then try again.
- Forgot your PIN: ask your trainer or rider support for a new PIN or a new link.
Your training#
The Training tab shows your training as a delivery route. Each stop is a course.
| You see | It means |
|---|---|
| Tick | You finished this course. Tap Review to see it again. |
| Bike | Your next course. Tap Start, or Continue if you started it. |
| Padlock | Locked. Finish the course before it first. |
| Due in 5 days | Finish the route before this date. |
| Overdue | The date has passed. Finish it as soon as you can. |
| All done | You finished the whole route. |
Sometimes your training team asks you to do a course again, for example after a safety report. The route shows the course again with Start. Take it again from the beginning, even if you passed it before.
Take a course#
Tap Start on your next course.
The first card shows the course name and how many minutes it takes. Tap Start.
If you already started the course, the button says Continue.
Read each card. Swipe up or tap Next for the next card.
The “Remember” box on a card is the most important point.
Flashcards: tap a card to see the answer. Swipe sideways for the next card.
When you’re done, tap I’ve gone through the cards.
Take the quiz at the end.
You can close a course with the X at any time. Your place is saved, so you can continue later.
The quiz#
Tap an answer for every question.
The bar at the bottom shows how many you answered, for example “3 of 5 answered”.
Tap Check answers.
If you missed a question, the quiz takes you to it.
See your score. For each question you see your answer, the correct answer and a short explanation.
- The quiz shows the score you need to pass, for example 70%.
- Passed: the next course unlocks. Tap Next course, or View proof of completion.
- Not yet: read the explanations and tap Try the quiz again. You can try as many times as you need.
- If you take a quiz again later, your best score is kept.
Change your language#
Open the Profile tab.
Tap the language menu and choose English, العربية, Roman Urdu or کوردی.
- Buttons and menus are in English or Arabic.
- Courses show in your language when it is ready. If not, you see English.
- You can also choose your language on the sign-in page. It is saved for your account when you sign in with your rider ID and PIN.
Ask the assistant#
Open the Ask tab.
Type your question, or tap one of the example questions.
Read the answer.
- Ask about deliveries, safety, payments or your courses.
- It answers in your language, from your rider guidelines and courses.
- If it doesn’t know, it tells you. Then contact rider support in the rider app.
- Answers come from AI and can be wrong. For anything urgent or about your account, contact rider support.
- The chat is cleared when you leave the Ask tab.
- If you see “The assistant isn’t available yet”, use your courses, or contact rider support in the rider app.
Profile and proof of completion#
The Profile tab shows your name, rider ID, market, language, and the courses you finished.
Tap a finished course.
Your proof of completion opens, with the date, your score and a verification code.
Show it to your supervisor, or tap Print or save as PDF.

Something not working?#
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| The link has expired | Sign in with your rider ID and PIN, or ask for a new link. |
| Too many attempts | Wait 15 minutes and try again. |
| A course is locked | Finish the course before it on your route. |
| “This course isn’t part of your training” | Go back to your training and start your next course. |
| No training on the Training tab | Nothing is assigned to you right now. New courses will show here. |
| The assistant isn’t available | Use your courses, or contact rider support in the rider app. |
| The assistant doesn’t answer | Check your connection and try again in a minute. |
| The page doesn’t load | Check your internet connection, then open the link again. |
